Plumb Addict Services LLC was founded in 2025 by Jordan Rowlands, a second-generation plumber and third-generation business owner. Jordan grew up around the trade, learning it from the ground up through hands-on work and real-world problem solving. From the start, he was consistently the top performer at every company he worked for. That track record, combined with a drive to build something of his own, led him to launch Plumb Addict Services.

Our specialty is leak detection and water-loss investigation. When a leak is hard to find, we do not guess and we do not tear things apart unnecessarily. We use acoustic technology, thermal imaging, pressure testing, tracer gas, and other advanced diagnostic methods to locate hidden leaks accurately and efficiently. Other plumbing companies in the area call us when they cannot find a leak on their own. That kind of trust from other professionals is something we take seriously.
