From an early age, Jordan Rowlands, founder of Plumb Addict Services, was immersed in the trade. By the age of 10, he was already learning alongside his father—crawling under houses, studying pipe systems, and watching complex problems get solved in real time.

Those early experiences built a deep respect for the craft and reinforced a simple belief: customers deserve honesty, quality work, and fair pricing.

Over time, Jordan’s experience working within other companies in the industry also revealed areas where the trade could improve. Too often, technicians were placed in environments that made it difficult to deliver the level of service customers truly deserved.

Today, Plumb Addict Services is led by the Youngest Responsible Master Plumber in Texas, Jordan Rowlands, licensed in the State of Texas (Responsible Master License #46288), with additional credentials including Journeyman Plumbing License #55565 and Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester License #BP23492 through the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
